There’s people with zero joint issues who walked tons of miles/week for 50 years. Then you have people who did way less walking & need knee replacement.
Thats true, but it depends on a few things like age, weight, muscle strength, genetics, and a few other things. Since i don't know any of those things, I can't very well suggest something that might be dangerous depending on the situation.
Ah, well that makes sense. I always say it’s good to exercise a LOT when you’re young. Those of us who did tend to have an easier time maintaining later in life. And yeah, if your ancestry is full of arthritis it’s not going to be good
