What's the quickest remedy for jock itch?

My girlfriend have jock itch. Temperature is very high here. She daily have to wear uniform pant which is a thick material and makes it difficult to heal.

She's using antifungal cream, but not really working. Her periods will start soon and it will probably get worse. Anybody knows any proven way to get rid of it as fast as possible?

I've never dealt with this, but given that's it's a fungal infection I would apply Thuja cream and then ozonated olive oil on top. Make sure the ozonated olive oil is a good brand and not runny.

Try baby powder to keep it dry.
