My knees hurt so much when walking? What should I do?

What if they fire me from my job. The pain is being increased more by days. My knees hurt so much when i walk. Please help me.

Try eating collagan, and/or bone broth--make sure you get the right kind use youtube to research them. Also protein as well and healthy diet in general. When not at work use that time to rest and stretch your legs. Tight leg muscles can worsen these kinds of things so stretching could help. Downward Facing dog from yoga is a great stretch for your legs.
