Having knee pain after school and feet cracking a lot?

Everytime i go to school and walk around for a bit i notice that i get knee pain and soreness but its weird because i never had this problem and also when i walk my feet crack so much I don't know whats wrong because i dont even play sports and im not even that active for my knees to be hurting and im also pretty young im 18.

This is not normal and you should go to a doctor. Joint pain is not the type of thing you want to take chances with.

You can easily have injuries at your age, and you might not know what caused it. Get to a doctor, and be very careful with what you do in the meantime. This kind of pain is sending you a message to back off and take it easy.

Do you do lots of sport? Maybe you over worked your knee
