Firstly big congrats on your 20g weight loss (assuming it’s not a fad diet and you’ll keep it off) that takes tiem and effort. Seccond genetics really do play a certain role in how people stay slim also lifestyle factors..
As someone who regularly gains and looses 10-15kg for competitions and other reasons. I know my circumstances are different but… coaches and Pts usually recommend ‘body recomping’ for regular weight loss clients.
If you don’t know what that means, essentially gaining enough muscle in a slight surplus (just a tiny bit) so you can increase your calories over time as muscle burns more than fat even resting, and that when you do diet you won’t have to get stuck at 1500 cal or less. Other obvious is increasing the cardio but you want to be careful with that again
I’m your case though assuming you’ve been dieting a long time sometimes bodies can make you insulin resistant or throw of certain vital hormone functions such as thyroid which can make it harder to loose weight. If I were you I’d maintain your weight for a few months on a ‘maintance’ caloric diet or have some blood tests down to check that before dieting again and seeing if that works
Good luck! Hope this helps

Honestly just embrace your size I did and I feel great
20kg is a lot nice! I find eating is one of the hardest parts. Really does depend how you eat. You might not like it, but going vegetarian\vegan helps a whole lot. But also what kind of work outs do you do? Have you tried fasting? That can help some too. But hard to say without seeing you. What about your genes? Can make it hard too.
Well actually i have to see you to define if you can loose more fat or not. But actually it depends on your body structure. Some people have different body structure, they may weigh more but still look lean. You can loose that extra fat, but it would take some time. You need to be consistent. Go for strength training
