I was 88kg 2 years ago. At present, I've lost 20kg. I want to reach around 48-53kg but it seems that I can't lose anymore :( what should I do? I still look fat. Espcially in the arms and legs. I don't understand. I wake up at 4:00am to exercise for an hour, I also exercise around 10-20 minutes at evening. I eat decently portioned food not beyond 1500 calories. Why are my classmates all slender despite not exercising and frequently eating junk food? What am I doing wrong? How much more effort should I invest in? I'm tired of being fat, I hate being fat. In fact, I loathe it, I loathe myself. I don't understand why I'm still fat. Please help : (
