Why am I still fat?

there's this misconception that fat people are fat becasue they eat a lot.

I"m overweight. 5'4'' 170 lbs.

breakfast= 1 cup noodles, 2 eggs, matcha tea

lunch- 2 handfuls of cheetos, matcha tea

dinner- a chicken sandwich and 8 dumplings

for exercise I sprint every other day for 15 minutes.

Not losing any weight at all. Compared to the average skinny person, I BARELY EAT.

Sometimes I don't even eat lunch. YET, im still overweight!!

are some people just designed to be overweight by nature?

Why am I still fat?
