I hate fast food. You are likely to find me eating fast food like 5 times in a year at most, I rarely snack and if I do I'd buy one that would last me a week, yet I am still over 300lbs.
I watch these tv shows where people show how much a fat person eats in a day and I can't even put away half of what they do but I am STILL BIG! It's annoying now and I am beginning to hate my body. I also take long walks every day. Any suggestions?
