How common is it for pregnant women's bumps to not show in late stages? What is a personal experience of yours or someone you knew? Any complications?

My cousin's wife pretended that it was Korean custom to stay with her family for the last trimester of her pregnancy. He married her because she"was pregnant" but after 5 months she wasn't showing. So she lied about Korean custom and flew to California to stay with her family. Turns out she wasn't pregnant at all.
If the woman is slim she's going to show.
It's only women who are obese that a baby could actually grow inside of her body and she's so fat that no one realizes it.
You can look at some experiences online. Like the woman who eas shocked when she had her baby in a public restroom. Though I wonder if the baby was premature in this case.. I have to confirm... hut every woman is different, I just wanna know how common
the average baby is 6.5 to 8 pounds at the 3rd trimester. you are then filled with 600-900 MLs of amniotic fluid which literally gives the average woman the volume of a watermelon... so baring a woman being significantly over weight it would be virtually impossible to not have some indication that you got something in there. I mean now i don't have a friend or adult female family member that has not had a baby yet. so 25ish women including my self all of them even the ones that were over weight by 35 weeks you knew there was a baby on board.
Babybump started seen in fifth month if wearing loose dress it not seen clear but after that with it seen. From eighth month it's not possible to hide.
After pregnancy tummy looks bigger before the pregnancy but after baby birth with doctor consultation we start little work out and diet program it becomes flat after 8-12 months flat again as before pregnancy.
MPE
I have seen several reports of women going to hospital for a problem of some kind, only to be told they are in a late term pregnancy.
How do women not know they are pregnant that far advanced?
Doesn't the bump always show?

Many times you read stories of women who have given birth without actually realising they were even pregnant.
Every pregnancy is different. You can just look a little bloated even when 9 months pregnant.
Yes it does
