how we think of cancer is skewed quite a bit by statistical bullshit. when a person dies, what is written in the death certificate? well if you ever talked to a professional in this field, you know that "died of old age" is not something you can put in a death certificate.
old people tend to have plenty of co-morbidities at death. the most common ones in a vague order of most to least frequent: heart diseases, lung diseases, cancer, alzheimers and diabetes. so when a person dies, the chances of not having any of those are quite litterally 0. so then it is up to the doctor who writes the death certificate to note down what they think the cause of the death was. and so since not every patient is obducted and even then it can not always be pinpointed to one thing, one of tghese thigns will end up being in the certificate and that is what makes it into the statistics, skewing the statistics.

so in actual fact, cancer, heart and lung diseases are very much less "mortal" to healthy young people. but it's not only the statistics that make those things seem way more dangerous. it compounds with the nocebo effect too. so like if a patient is told by a doctor that they have a disease that the patient thinks is very dangerous, they are very likely to develop sympoms, even if they don't have that disease at all. so you can quite litterally actually killa person just with a diagnosis. so if they have actual cancer on top of the diagnosis, that compounds and vastly influences the outcomes yet again.

i'm not saying cancer and these things are "not dangerous". the definitely are. but the statistics and the fear make them even worse than they are.

It is difficult to cure because there are many different forms and individual people have genetic predisposition towards getting it and also that have a genetic predisposition to the effectiveness of the treatment. There are a ton of variables.
Eventually it will be cured however.

So first off there are many kinds of cancer that have different healing chances.
But the big problem with cancer is that its not something from the outside attacking your body but your body damaging itself. Many forms of cancer arise from damaged cells reproducing and that way producing a lump of damaged cells (tumor). So if you want a visual comparison its like a battefield with something like tha flu thats causes by a virus you have your body soldiers (blue) and the virus (red) you easily know who are the bad ones with cancer its hard as both sides are your own (blue) so you can hardly fight against them without hurting yourself. Thats also what chemotherapy or radiation therapy do in the end they just kill everything in your body and with some tricks you try to make it that the cancer dies faster than the rest of you. (This of course has many side effects: hairloss, immunesystem porblems) Thus "terminal" cancer exist thats the point where treating it would kill you anyways so its unhealable and the patient will die in any case.
Its similar to autoimmune diseases that are also hard to treat as the bad guys in that case are also part of your body.

There are different types of cancer and all of them, depending on the stage have different survival and growth rates.

My mum has Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. It isn’t terminal, and she can live healthily until 80. The cancer she has grows slowly. Since it was found out in early stages, she underwent chemotherapy and immunotherapy and now she is doing much better. She has to go in for maintenance chemo every 3 months. She is almost fully cured, but the cancerous cells are still there, teeny bit.

The cause of my mum’s cancer isn’t because of genetic predisposition. Nobody had/has cancer in my family, so it was a random mutation rather than lifestyle/genetics.

Sincw I do have genetic predisposition now (even though my mum’s cancer isn’t hereditary, I have to be careful; eat healthy food and exercise regularly)

Technology is constantly improving, so yes, it is highly likely that even terminal cancers may be fully cured in the next few decades.

Cancer cures have been discovered but the cancer society will never make money if cancer is illuminated and therefore they have zero interest in actually curing anything.
The cancer society makes TRILLIONS of dollars a year... without cancer they would make zero.

In 1934 Dr. Royal Rife discovered that cancer cells could be shattered like wine glasses using specific sound frequencies, he proved this with a trial that cured 15 terminally ill people and once he proved it worked, his machines were confiscated, his medical license revoked, and all medical documents were redacted.

A lot of cancers are curable, which is the problem… a lot of them, there is more than one and some are more treatable and recoverable from.

Also reporting in time is critical, people leave it often too late to report and it’s progressed too far to allow treatment to work.

Prostate cancer in men, big killer but a lot is down to guys not reporting.

Testicular cancer very treatable, issues caused by guys not checking their testicles enough.

Women have similar problems with not reporting various issues.

Medical science is constantly evolving and finding out that certain things are cancers.

It's actually VERY easy to cure!! They just don't want you to know that because chemo & radiation puts lots of money in their pockets! There's nearly 400 known natural cures for cancer!! I cured mom's cancer twice! The first time, she was in the hospital after getting a rod in her leg and I started giving her this stuff I made to cure her cancer. (She had HUGE purple and green welts all over her back and chest!! And, she wisely REFUSED to take chemo or radiation!!) After about a week, her Dr. told her, "I don't know what you're doing and I DON'T want to know but, whatever it is, keep doing t because your cancer is going away!!" Within 2 months, she was clean!! A few specs of it started to come back a month later so, I got her something a bit stronger and she was clean again about 3 weeks later!

If you think there is no cure for cancer then you've been sleeping. There is a cure for all variants of COVID but you've been fed a useless 'vaccine'. Cancer is no different. Because it's basically a genetic malfunction. We currently don't have a way to direct any therapy to only the cancerous cells.

Eventually I expect we will be able to create viruses or vaccines that target only trigger cancerous cells. There has been amazing progress in genetic engineering in the past 30 years. That's what enabled is to produce an effective Covid vaccine in under a year.

The treatments also have varied difficulties of performing.

Because there is no one "cancer". It is a very complex and diverse disease but is essentially your own cells turning against you. I went to a presentation a couple years ago by a cancer researcher and even though it was dumbed down a bit for those of us without Ph. D's in biochemistry it was evident that there will be no easy fix.

It is easy to kill cancer. The hard part is not killing the rest of the body in the process.
