What’s your thoughts on intermittent fasting?

i just started doing the 16/8 fast, so far so good.

I’ve basically been doing that for the last two years, but not eating enough. I’m really weakened and I’m slowly figuring out how to eat normally again and exercise without injuring myself.
But I have mental health issues and anxiety. I did lose weight though so I guess it works?🤷‍♂️🤣

I read a book on it. The book said that after 7 days, the hunger goes away.

I never liked eating breakfast, but I've also never called it fasting.😂

It's supposed to have many healthy benefits by giving the body a break from digestion and allocating energy elsewhere. Also one of the only reliable means of life extension, as many people are simply eating themselves to death.

Well, I don't mind it TOO much except for the smell. Farts are funny as hell, especially when a girl... OH, FASTING!! Rossy!! OOPS!! Sorry!!

But I’m a endurance athlete so it has negative results for the most part
