What are your long-term experiences with intermittent fasting (weight loss)?
Mine:
I lost 10kg in the first 9 weeks but now I don't loose any weight at all anymore. So, it does only work for a certain amount of time for me.
I wanted to reach 53kg (1,64m, recently 65kg).
Still doing 20/4, eating between 1200-1700kcal each day. I have to confess that I eat cereals with sugar every day. Not much unprocessed food. Maybe eating more vegetables/fruits is getting me back to weight loss?
I'm kind of frustrated because I read many comments on Youtube from people who did intermittent fasting for a much longer time with a permanent weight loss as benefit and no training at all.
