Bro, you’re hella skinny, you shouldn’t focus on losing weight to burn fat, fasting can work for your digestion tho
it easier to lift heavier weight when you heavier so use what you have, this why body builders have bulk and cut cycle
squat, push ups, running, sit up’s all good
easier to build your physique doing aerobic activity like boxing, basketball or soccer as you’ll use core in everything
Real secret is clean eating, can still have a treat but change your snacking habit and cut soda, chips, candy completely
im 181cm maybe 75kg but at 85kg better
1. I will not do this until lifetime, maybe only for 3 months
2. I have a severe chest pain due to heart attack risk, so I can't workout and do cardio
3. I have a very big chest and belly fat and I can't burn it for the last GODDAMN 7 years
Yes, I do IF and it worked for me. I went from 191 lbs (86 kg) to 165 (75 Kg) and I've been maintaining around that. It took about 3 to 4 months. My fasting routine is either the 16 hours of fasting with an 8 hour window or a 20 hours of fasting with 4 hour eating window. This channel explains the fast with peer-reviewed research associated with fasting:

yes and only reason was because my mornings were super busy and I didn’t have time to eat. it wasn’t for me, because I was extremely tired.

I don't agree with any type of starvation diets.. they are unhealthy in the long run. You lost weight because your body has to respond to the changes you made. It will be only temporary until the body adapts to it then it will come to a screeching stop or slow down dramatically.. You will be losing muscle mass also in the process. Then when you do eat your body will try to store it even more..
Your best process Is to eat a healthy balanced diet with a slight calorie deficiency and adjust with Cardo.. it takes longer but it's much better for you and longer lasting.

Wow really heart attack risk at your age... thats no
Not good.. be careful and i wish you well.
Thank you so much my big brother :) you are a good man
I try my best. 😁
Take care
I'm one inch taller than you are, and right now I'm at 75kg, with plans to get to 80kg by the end of this year. You need to gain more weight, not lose it. You will feel a lot better and healthier at your current height if you hit 76 to 78kg from going to the gym and building muscle.
I did , it worked and I gained weight back but if you want to lose your belly fat, eat 3-4 meals a days. Include a lot of vegetable and limit calories and do cardio and weight training
No. Only a sugar diet for three weeks. That was awful.
Hard to say, because I'm trying to build more muscle mass. But I've been doing 16\8 or 5\2. I feel great. We all overeat. I'm also thinking of only fasting on work out days.
It's stupid. Eat healthy foods that keep you full, and you lose weight quickly.
16/8 is not that difficult. I don't eat after 20:00 PM until 12:00 AM. So, 8 hours of it is already at sleep
Your body is going to start using fewer resources so that it can maintain your calories, slowing down the weight loss.
Then why this IF method works for most people? If i lose 10 kg in 3 months, maybe my belly fat will be gone. And then i will start eating regularly and healthy again with slightly exercising
Man, you need to hit the gym. For your height you should weigh around 75kg
It not always work for all body types
Following, as I am curious about this.
