I did a half IF diet, meaning, I ate 80% of the calories I normally eat but at irregular hours. It appears to have backfired. I gained back half the weight I lost when I was eating a high calorie diet with multiple dosages of vitamin B1 a day. At that point, I was eating a crazy high amount of calories and losing weight quickly and without effort by using vitamin B1 with fat and water for maximize absorption.
