Whoa! According to your profile ('you' being the asker of the question) you are 28. I haven't read the other replies here, but I'm guessing I'm not the first to ask whether you're getting enough exercise? whether you're eating well? and whether you're getting enough sleep?
In addition, I'd wonder how you're doing mentally, emotionally and spiritually. If you don't cultivate your mindfulness in these areas you're never going to sustain a long term commitment to exercise, healthy eating and good sleep.
All of the things I've mentioned are important... but I admit it is much easier talking about what we must do to improve our lives than to actually do take action and stick with the plan! Nevertheless, that doesn't give anyone an excuse to not take care of their well-being - essentially giving up before even leaving the start line!

I do miss it I was happy very happy with it was and to a point very sexual sensual positive loving energy . It's still there but now more cluttered with negative because of where we are headed as a country as a people I absolutely love my own energy but there's times to redirect to refocus

I use to pull all-nighters in college, go out, and still be perfectly refreshed. Now at 26 having 2 drinks makes me regret it and I need a water by my bed with Advil. I work a lot so I get very tired
Yes I do in my opinion I used to be confident and respected for who I am and what I've done but now feel like I have lost a lot of respect from someone's lies because they had to hear about how well I was respected everywhere they went and couldn't stand that I was well known for being who I was, that person has been diligent in trying to ruin my good name and doesn't even care

I used to be a runner. I hurt my back, felt sorry for myself and gained a lot of weight. Then I snapped out of my pity party and started exercising again. Now I'm the strongest I've ever been but I can't run more than a few hundred meters without having to take a breather. And now, my wife convinced me to stop eating meat, just as an experiment, I feel more energy. Plus intermittent fasting, turmeric, garlic, green tea, olives for snacks, more fruit. I feel better.

Yes very much. I'm so lazy now in comparison. When I was younger and used to work out, I had good energy (I've never had high energy, but highest it ever was) and because of work at the time, stopped working out (cardio). I really missed it for a long time. And now I just can't get back to doing what I used to (to see if it would come back or not). Don't have enough energy to "force" myself lol.

I got older, and slowed down. My brain still thinks I can, but I move with a bit more caution, and make sure of my movements, so I can pretty much do what I used to do, it just takes a bit longer.
When I was a boy I had such childlike wonder and was full of energy to play. I do miss that sometimes, but I am convinced that it's reconqurable if I set my mind to it.

I miss it, yeah. Trauma and years of untreated and rapidly declining mental health.
