Do you think losing 20 lbs in 4-5 weeks by just changing diet (eating healthy, smaller meals but not starving) with no exercise routine is extreme?

I changed my diet a couple of weeks ago. Mostly salads, chicken, fish & occasional beef. All the "junk" food - chocolate, etc. - I don't eat much of anymore. Occasionally I'll cheat and get some fast food but mostly no.

I haven't added an exercise routine yet but still shed 20 lbs.
