So i guess you may be able to eat tuna, when its cooked, like on a pizza, but you better double check with your doctor.

I don’t think it’s bad, it’s just that canned foods have high sodium and consuming too much sodium can cause gestational hypertension which can lead to pre-eclampsia. Good luck with your pregnancy :)

depending on brand it's not likely to be safe to eat right out of the can or package. most often it's raw or barely cooked to the minimum safe temp months before their packages.
