Honestly Idek the yoga pose names off by heart I just watched a bunch of youtube videos and picked out the poses I liked and felt good. So if you actually know stuff about yoga and these poses DM me! Or if you don't know anything don't feel bad just make some names up I'll probably believe you 😂

Honestly I cannot tell you it proposes are that you're doing there. I can name a few; downward dog, cobra, cow, why warrior. This is all I can remember. I do know it's good for a person.
