Do you believe that short time exercises really work?

For instance I have seen fitness intructors and trainers who create many type of videos over the internet for people who can't or dont want to exercise outside their homes and they prefer to do their routines at home (like myself), but there are videos that are like only 10 minutes short and according to the own trainers they target all the group muscles or 20 minutes exercises, of course there are ones that are like 50 minutes (these ones are the ones I like, longer) but then I wonder if in only 10 minutes you can really work out as they are very super short work out routines.

I dont mean HIIT workouts because HIIT workouts last longer than 10 minutes. I had seen workouts thta are not HIIT they are other workout routines and they last literally 10 minutes that even includes warm up and stretch, so that means the real workout time probably is only like 6 minutes then.
