Should I be seriously concerned regarding my memory or is it common stuff?

I am a very forgetful person. One thing that works for me I write reminders on sticky notes and I use calenders to stay on track of things. I always forget my phone all the time , Last time I forgot my bag at my grandma's house. I have ADHD so I attended to be forgetful now I am not a doctor I am not going to sit hear and tell you have ADHD. I remember you did tell me you weren't a minister lol even dough you look like a minister. How long have you been forgetful?
In recent years I noticed I been forgetful..
If your schedule is consistent the brain can literally get bored, minor memory lapse is usually temporary. Try reading something new that you genuinely find interesting. Add some puzzles to your day too and see if you snap out of it. If not see your doctor.
(From my mothers doctors lips)
Oh dehydration is also a cause.
Sounds like you need moments of “slow down”(quick prayer). When you start putting flour in the oven for storage…Crisco in the freezer…Pepsi or 🍸 on stairs and can’t find it-walk around the house 3 minutes lookin etc.. THEN we can talk about Brain 🧠 disjunction, Memory, Dementia, and Alzheimer..
We call it CRS disease.
It is just a temporary laps. The best way to keep your memory fresh read books do puzzles. I'm talking about memory puzzles. That keeps your mind fresh. Riddles are an excellent source. You are young still.
You're never too old for CRS disease.

Michael J. Fox said Parkinson's Disease limits his acting: "I couldn't remember the lines." Hopefully, you don't have that condition.

Sometimes if I do not pay attention to things I might get events confused as well.
