Anyone else’s memory getting worse? Do you know why?

My memory seems to have gotten a lot worse in the past months. I went from remembering what happened the week before to not remembering my last full conversation with anyone within the next hour unless it was something very important or repetitively said. I’m only 18… I don’t know what is going on.

That's very concerning. I would suggest an immediate medical exam. You might have some kind of neurodegenerative disease or have had a stroke.

I doubt I had a stroke. I’ll be bringing it up when I talk to my therapist since I don’t go to the doctor until September

Thing is I’m pretty sure it’s cuz of my depressive episode since when that started resurfacing the memory issue started

This happens to everyone that took any of those COVID shots. It's just a matter of when, rather than if. If you didn't take any of those shots it could be nutritional.
