By taking good care of myself, working out... Opening up to people I trust or a therapist.. kicking people who say " you're not good enough" Or any kind of words that disappoint me out of my life... Going out to new places and trying new things... By being good at something (like a hobby or sport) ... Trying to see what makes me sad or anxious and to work on it, maybe it will take time but it's worthy... and yeah it will get better by time for sure

For me, when I was your age getting a bit older helped. Also, I’ve found intense exercise, seeing beauty in nature (walks outdoors, looking at stars, etc.), painting, writing, or taking baths can help too. The worst thing to do is to sit idle all day or fail to get out of bed.

Workout
Make sure to go out anywhere market, walk or anything. Don't stay in..
