any truth to this?
Does this method actually work to lose weight?
any truth to this?
If so then people going regulary to sauna all be lean and slim, and yet where i went to sauna there wass bunch of regulars trying to lose weight by sweating amd yes they been doing it for years without success.
So your friend might be weighting herself before and after and noticing weight loss only to not realize its water and thst weight fluctuates through day.
No. I think what's happening is she's sweating, which would be some water weight. Weight also fluctuates anyway through out the day a little bit, with everyone. If it were as easy as wearing certain clothes, everyone would be doing it lol, there wouldn't be all these weight loss pills etc.
She claims it's not water loss, and she is actually sweating less now that she is used to it. She claims it's fat reduction that your body does automatically to adapt to hotter temperatures
Not weight wise. Body adapt yes, but not for weight. Just adjusts to temperature.

I reall doubt it.
It would probably work as you loose water, as you sweat a lot, but its not like we get overweight because we are cold and our body tries to store fat to become warm again.
Fiction as far as I can tell. Water loss is not fat loss.
She claims it's not water loss, but fat reduction that your body does automatically to adapt to hotter temperatures
Or y'all can just go to a sauna
