I’m 120 trying to lose 10 pounds maybe 5
you can have everything in moderation, as long as you are in a calorie deficit. However it can be hard to stay in a deficit if all you eat is high calorie - low volume foods. But as long as your total daily calorie consumption is a little less than the amount of calories you burn in a day then you should be good. One thing i would avoid is restricting too much and not satisfy your cravings as it could potentianly lead to binge eating.

Make sure you are eating healthy, eat something about every 2 hours so you don't have spikes in your glucose level, drink plenty of water and exercise.

None. Just realize how many calories you are eating. Maybe leave half a burger. Small fries instead of large? What you eat doesn't matter, how much of it you're eating does. And don't forget drinks have calories too.
