I got diagnosed at 18, now I’m 27 and I’m starting to flare up again. Any tips to deal with a flare up?

What did they say the cause was?

The main issue is Doctors ignoring nutrition / minerals. Apparently your condition can be linked to diabetes, problems with the nerves in the stomach, a result of viral or bacterial infections, or due to medication side effects.

When you look at your condition from the nutritional perspective the first thing I would look at would be stomach acid levels. This is because levels of stomach acid are key to signalling what the stomach does, and when.
