Im around 125-130. Yes this is considered overweight for me and I don't give a fuck. No plans on losing weight cuz I'm happy.
What about you guys? How much do you weigh and are you happy with that number?

Not happy w/ the number bc I was on a losing streak then I got sick. I’m not overweight but I have peripheral neuropathy so bring as light as is (healthily) possible is vital for me if I want to function as well as I can provided my limitations. I need to lose a good amount before I’d try running again without worrying about falling but at least I can do it eventually, but I keep getting sick ffs 🤬🤬🤬
I feel like a beached whale United’s I’m really skinny (according to others for me it’s just a practical weight) I’m really unhappy with the situation overall, but I try not to dwell on it. I used to be a gymnast so it just feels weird to be detached from my body. Sorry for over sharing — you just reminded me of stuff 🙊 😂
I agree about your body you look great and if you feel good then f*ck it stay as you are 💗
Too much :|
Rather not say my weight to be honest as I'm ashamed of it. I am healthy, and I've lost over 70 pounds the last 6-7 years. However, I'm starting to gain some weight back AND muscle at the same time so I'm not exactly happy with my figure. I exercise regularly, but my eating could be better, along with dealing with stress from work and real life.
Imagine having toned biceps and legs, yet your midsection looks like a busted can of biscuits- that's how I feel at the moment. So... yeah! Trying to do better and get back down to what I weighed earlier last year when I was at my smallest.
If it means anything, I have a 24 bmi (so technically I'm overweight). Yet I have almost 120 pounds of muscle mass, and 20 percent body fat
I’m 67-68 kgs (147-150 lbs), I’m in my health weight shape for my height and I’m happy with that.
I have been overweight last year, I’ve been around 80 kgs (176 lbs), this made me extremely insecure, I had a bad relationship with my body, and it was also the result of a period of depression… I took exercises and I gave a big cut to meal portions so now I gained a bit more confidence.
I don’t judge you, if you’re ok with your weight and this doesn’t harm your health, is fine. Some kilos more than perfect shape haven’t killed anyone.
Those weight charts are wacky... I'm 6'3" and 190 lbs. I think you've seen enough of me lol to know I am pretty lean... while the Body Mass Indicator calculator has me in the healthy range, if I was only 10 lbs more, I'd be overweight which is BS... and even more BS is the healthy range for my height is 148-199... If I was anywhere near 148, I'd get blown away by a slight breeze :)
Your weight is sexy :)
@Apple1996 Thanks for the MHO :)

Are you calling yourself overweight because you have calculated your MBI? I'm asking because a lot of people don't know that your weight correlates with your height.
In essence the taller you are the more you should weight for example:
-a 5' female should weight between 90-110lbs
-a 5'5 female of the same age should weight between 113-132lbs
-a 5'10 female should be between 135-165lbs.
I for one is 5'7 / 173cm and I weight 68kg which is about 150lb. The ideal weight for my height should be 149lb.
Did it come from this question?
Why are guys not allowed to ask how much a woman weighs after she asks how tall he is?
around 200 pounds at 6'1" which feels natural to me
I can go from any between 190 and 200, and that depends on how active I am with sports, the more I play means I eat more and gain more muscle, the less active I am, the less I eat and then I drop a bit of weight
I feel okay at either and it doesn't really matter to me... but I prefer when I am more active because I feel more energized over all, lol
You must be quite short (no offence!) for 130lb to be considered overweight, like five feet! I’m 5’6” and weigh like 117lb. I don’t think I’m underweight, as I do work out regularly, but the muscles on my right side don’t grow as fast, as my noodle was traumatically damaged on my left side.
Noodle means brain. When I had an accident at 14, I discovered my autism and worsened my sociality, probably partially due to my mum’s antics.
That is a bit overweight, but not that much.
I'm around 132 lbs, which is actually considered an average weight and BMI in relation to my height, but according to some guys on the site and modern beauty standards, I need to lose weight. I'm personally happy with my weight, if I was thinner, I don't think my face or body would look good
I use to weight 127 kg.. Officially that is counted as over weight for a 38 year old man. Then three years ago, I had a bad stress and in 8 months I dropped down to 83 kg. That was unintentional... Then after some months I gained back and went back up 106 kg.. And now I've again lost some and down to 92 kg. These are all unintentional by the way. If u ask me if it bothers me, sometimes it does, but majority of the time I'm happy with myself. Believe me I have more stress to worry than my weight. Who ever likes you, will accept you the way you are. But of course for a healthy lifestyle, it's better to do something about it. So all I have in mind is, soon as I get rid of my external stress, I am planning to go gym. Not so that I am more down and attractive, but rather to stay in form for health.
But generally answering you question, I am happy with myself.
127lbs. I'd like to turn a few of those pounds from chub to muscle, but otherwise I like the weight I'm at. Looking back on my very skinny pictures I realized that I look much more like an actual adult now, so I wouldn't want to go back down too much.
I honestly don’t know. My weight fluctuates so dramatically Like there can literally be a 50 pound weight difference between one or two months. I don’t actually eat a lot I just don’t eat healthy then again the only thing I can cook with is an electric kettle in a microwave and I am so broke that I don’t even own any furniture aside from a Memory foam mattress XD
Yeah that is a bit but not terribly! Like you still super hot with all that mom bod! I’m 215 last I checked. About 20 pounds over what I could be but I plan to keep that where it is and just turn it to muscle.
Uhm according to google it's 92 lbs and I gained weight and this is the most I have ever weighted and I love it and hope I can get just a little more on
I am 130 and 5’2. I’m fit, but not skinny. Hubby is 6’2 180. He is built for his activities: cycling and climbing.
Thanks for the lake! It was hard getting back down here after having the kiddos, but I eventually made it
I'm just over 200 pounds.. 5 years ago I was over 400. According to doctors I'm technically over weight, but because right now I'm less than 5% body fat, I'm not over weight. The BMI is idiotic. It should not be used.
Thank you. I could tell you I did it for my wife, but that would be dishonest. I did it because I really wanted to get healthy.
Thank you!
165lbs smack in the middle of BMI at my height. Just like the boys in the early 20th century used to be.
Bear in mind muscular people could measure overweight on BMI charts and still be perfectly healthy. This is the shortcoming of BMI charts as it doesn’t account for body composition. Because of this, most of the NFL would be considered overweight by most BMI charts. Lots of fast twitch muscles are high maintenance.
Currently I weigh 199. Literally 199 on the dot. I lost a bunch of weight and then gained it back during the pandemic and now I’m trying to get it off again. I’ve always struggled with weight though. Body wise it’s in all the right places but I would still like to be smaller.
About 285 lb, I'm 6'1 typical dad bod. Basically it's all in my gut. The rest of me is in pretty damn good shape
I sent you a pic or two
@Apple1996
@20yearsolder
It’s not a dad bod. It’s a father figure
I fluctuate a lot… between 110 and 120 and I always aim to keep my weight around 120… that’s a good number for me but I am happy with it regardless since I’m healthy and all
Something in the 120s.
I used to be bulimic and I'm so glad I stopped. My teeth are so ruined looking despite how young I am. Although I gained weight since stopping, it's for the best and I'm actually more ok with my body since I no longer obsessive over weighing myself and body checking. Thank god!
About 125-130 now. . . working out now and I have very polar opinions toward my self-image depending on the day.
89.9 kg and tbh I do know that I’m fat but I don’t think my weight has much correlation, I’ve seen plenty of people my weight or more that don’t look “as fat” as me but it’s really about distribution and proportions no? so I don’t care about the number on the scale I more care about the actual physical fat on my body
Are you like 4'10 or something? Because your weight is not very high. If you're average height for an adult woman, you’re definitely not overweight. Besides, if you don't care, why are you asking about it? And you're right, you shouldn't care and should be happy with who you are. But asking this question makes me think you're not being completely honest with yourself.
I lost weight and thought I gained it back but I didn't. I got checkups at the doctor's office recently. I weigh 125 and I'm about 5'5 or 5'7 so I'm not at all overweight. That's a normal weight for my height.
