Yeah that makes no sense. Like you eat every hour? Still not enough time to make it 17 lol. The more you eat , the bigger and rounder you'll get. Fasting is awesome too. 3-5 times is way more reasonable.

Turkey with spuds, Boiled Calf's Head with spuds, 1kg Chips, KFC Fried chickens, 500 mL soymilk with 250 of cornflakes, Geek Yogert + Oatmeal + Peanut Butter, 1kg Crisps, 500 mL Soymilk + Dark Chocolate and 1 kg Nuggets and repeat!
