That is terrible for your body. At least eat the bare minimum like a banana or avocado for breakfast. For dinner eat a small chicken tender with some vegetables. And before bed eat an apple and grapefruit. Exercise at least 1 hour a day and you will lose weight without hurting your body.

Five days is a reasonable amount of time to go without food. Humans can survive 30 days without food. Just don't do it all the time.

If you don't feed your body something everyday, when you do finally eat again, it says "Food😛 let's keep it!! So, it takes the food you finally eat and stores it by turning it into fat.
So, eat something everyday or drink nutrition drinks like Ensure everyday.So if losing weight is your goal, I wouldn’t recommend fasting. You need to learn portion sizes, portion control, and working out. Lack of understanding portion sizes and portion control is the reason why so many people are overweight
Fasting for five (5) days is not good at all, Your blood sugar will drop very low and could cause you some serious problems.
I would, instead, contact a nutritionist and have them give you some direction for weight control.
