Normally 4 times a day (Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner) without including all the extra biscuits or snack I munch from time to time. But nowadays I have only one major meal (dinner).
Maybe once. I tend to really only eat dinner

Once. I sit down and eat dinner. That's it. I drink water throughout the day.
Typically two (late lunch and late dinner). I usually skip breakfast and have been skipping it since my teens. I found I perform better athletically when I do (measured things like my sprint times before and after enough times to find I almost certainly do better when skipping breakfast).
I sort of do intermittent fasting naturally as a result, but I don't have a strict time window I set. Yet I generally don't eat anything for at least 6 hours after I wake up.
One. It’s just easier that way. I cook for my family and I enjoy having a sit down dinner and talking about our day. When I eat during my lunch hour at work, I always feel blah after. Even if it’s a healthy meal, I can feel myself crash after and get tired enough that I don’t want to power through the day.
I honestly feel more energetic if I fast through the day and then eat dinner around 5pm.
Im lucky to have 2 a day with my busy schedule. Unfortunately i have been getting by with snacks its been an unhealthy situation but I took serious steps to fix it this weekend. Preplanning my meals hoping to improve my situation.
Once, dinner. I have breakfast and lunch too but those are super quick meals, usually cereal and sandwiches so it doesn't really count.

Twice! Breakfast (which I often skip in lieu of lunch) then dinner! It’s quick and easy, and I save 33% on my food budget.
I eat something for breakfast, usually a small snack at lunch if needed, and then a normal dinner. Seems to work for me.
