It greatly depends on why they are being a suicide bomber.

Imagine your wife and kids tortured, then held hostage unless you drive a car, lorry to a certain area and told to detonate it or it has a pressure release on the seat.

Imagine being told your parents will be killed if you don’t wear this explosive vest and walk into a market place.

Yes some of them feel immense pain.

No not all.
Some are, some are volunteers

Part of the check at a guard check point is to check for the driver sweating, blinking, being nervous or telling you he is driving a bomb

You will die so fast you probably don't feel anything, neurological wise that is, remember your nerve needs time to reach the brain, the pain signal transmission speed is around.61m/s, if you die so fast in a split second, you won't feel that much pain.

The pain tho will come psychologically before such an attempt, so yes, they do feel the pain that way. To lead a person to decide to do something so horrible that it needs a significant amount of pain psychologically wise inflicted upon them. The exception is if they are a lunatic or a fanatic of a certain ideology, so much they are willing to die for it. In those cases, it's debatable.

Of course not they be dead right away. Also even if one did feel the pain they technically wouldn't because so much pain would shock your system into a passed out state.

A detonation can always mess up, not killing them and leaving them in excruciating pain. In most cases they would be gone before the brain has time to process anything.

Of course they do, but they can't react because they take drugs. Also, as the bomb explodes, they are instantly shattered and die.
