I find it hard, as mainly when the Time change, from summer to winter and vice-versa.
When these solstices are changing the Biological clock takes a while to adapt, so i put some Ambient Relaxing Mixes and i don't even know where my night flew...

Thinking about my ex... it'll take a while to get over her. Normally trying to think about something else.
Falling asleep is pretty easy for me, but once I get in up to pee in the middle of the night, I'm mostly awake the rest of the night and maybe fall back asleep here and there.
Late night thoughtsand binge watching movies or kdrama.. Continuous sound of the river or forest
