Walking usually. I'm a big dude, but when I run I can go pretty fucking fast which surprises people. I shouldn't really do it though, because I have a bunch of titanium screws and pins holding me together.
I'd rather cycle if I want to go fast, much less impact.

I prefer running I find it quite enjoyable most of the time. Plus to be honest when I push the pace and distance as well as the amount of times I go running I like that the pain distracts me from everything.
I know it sounds odd but it's not the pain I like I guess is that I can't focus on certain things.
Running is more exhilarating for me so I like it better. Walking is a lot less tiring but boring.

I prefer walking. I can go 6 or 7 miles (10-11 km) walking, I can only run for maybe 200 yards (180 m).
As for me I prefer walking unless I’m being chased or running a 5k, 10k or marathon.
I used to be a marathon runner and I really miss it so I say running.
I would recommend Running for faster results but these days running hurts my legs so I usually just walk.
