You need a healthy amount. A great place to be at is 1000. But some people after they quit taking exogenous have it sitting at 20 or so... and still did ok with no support. Meaning the numbers aren't all you should worry about. And why would you need to know the numbers... change your habits to maximize testosterone... wherever you're currently sitting at. There is a lot you can do. From icing balls and sunbathing them, to administering eurycomanones rectally.
Any man with a very good diet and not a gamer lifestyle will be able to build muscle. Unless you got some syndromes or absorb endocrine disrupting chemicals, etc.

Normal testosterone falls in a large range. It is something like 300-3000 ppm. My doc told me a couple of months ago i had a normal amount in my blood.
