Yea- I have my monthly sacrifice to Satan due, just constantly eating, stomach rumbling. Wanting anything and everything. not wanting to exercise. Fml I’m waddling around like a walrus on stilts
Then stop doing restrictive diets. Eat mediterranean. It's healthy and the food tastes good. Sure you won't lose as much weight, but it's better than eating garbage and feeling depressed. Restrictive diets you only so it for a month and then you take break. You should eat more chickpeas that helps with hunger. If you're a fat ass you need to take your time the results won't happen right away. At least enjoy the food. You do month Restrictive diet and then take a break then try to go for a month and two weeks and work you way.

It’s okay, your body needs the extra calories during your monthly unwanted subscription days - but also try to remain somewhat active (maybe take a 5-10 mins gentle walk) to help you feel better and less “guilty”.
I also just let myself eat more when I’m on my period but I still push myself to workout even if it’s just 15 minutes, so don’t worry, you didn’t fail anything. Just get back on track as soon as you’re feeling better, a couple of days won’t hurt your progress 😊
