I'm working out hard for 30 minutes a day and completely changed my diet for last 2 weeks but still feel depressed with no energy?

Am I doing something wrong?

I took a blood test and all levels are fine.

I have depression but I've been working out and cut out 90% of sugar too. I used to eat so much sugar and fast food.

Now my diet consists of fish, quinoa, lots of fruit and vegetables, sweet potatoes, eggs, green homemade smoothies, peanut butter etc

Exercise is a mix of weights and cardio
