I think they would look right on certain people with certain outfits. They would look good with skinny jeans and flats, or you could dress it up with a skirt. I think they are neat. Definitely not for everyone though.

I might wear one, but I'd layer it over another top because I don't like showing off my tummy to the world, haha. Too much torso-skin exposed for my taste. I'll stick to cleavage and legs. =P

I've seen girls wear a shirt like that and then wear a different color undershirt which looks cool but just a fringe shirt by itself? I don't think looks so good.
