According to science, Fitness trainers , etc? Or both are effective? Do both also help in body muscle definition or not? I heard taht HIIT and Tabata are more effective when it comes to cardio because you loose more fat and build more muscle in short amount of time, when it comes to short workouts with intensity rather than long work outs who are not that effective.
