The gym but you should get outside and run, do sports, use what you develop in the gym, mountain bike, open water swimming

Exercise keeps you body moving. Both things are Exercise
Gym for sure. I don't go to the gym but in the colder months. I mostly run or cycle when warmer.
Proper workout in the gym would be more of a workout.
