Is there a progression? I think progression is very helpful like you set a goal to run 100m dash and you time yourself and work on getting faster and faster. Or you work from pull-ups to muscle-ups and beyond.
What is Yoga progression? I don't know anything about it except like downward dog (my favorite). How do you become the best at downward dog? Is there a downward dog competition?

Your body adapts to the type of exercise it does. If you push you get better at pushing, if you pull you get better at pulling. Since yoga mostly involves just staying still it's as effective as watching TV.
Yes it is my aunt does it and she's fit asf but she eats right as well
