Should i give a one day off at every two days?
2 or 3 days on followed by 1 or 2 days off, depending on how intense of a routine you have for yourself. Best to find a plan online that looks like it would work for you, or better yet, get a gym trainer to set out a plan with you if you can afford it.

It depends. If it's only push ups and abs yes you can. The best thing is to work out for 3 days then 1 day off.
Day 1 push ups, day 2 abs, day 3 pull ups, day 4 rest
