Will jumping rope help me have thinner calves and thighs?

If you have skinny thighs to begin with, it’ll tone up you legs and might make it appear bigger. If you want to tone up and shed some of the “softness” away from your thighs then it’ll definitely help in firming your legs up.

No I’m sadly overweight. And recently I discovered jump rope I’m currently taking it seriously and so I do it almost daily or up to 5-6 days. I hate my thick calves and thighs 😟 so I was wondering.
