Could it be something like diabetes?

My big toe is tingly again is that anything to worry about it?
It seems to come and go as I'm thinking about it, but it's been bugging me again the last few days Could it be something like diabetes? I'm 34, about 10 pounds overweight. My mom has it, though it's pretty well controlled. My last known a1c was 5.1 and that was about a year ago.

The feeling seems to be mostly in the morning.

Probably a sign of pre~ diabetes. Just swap in some healthier glucose controlling foods and it should even things out. Remember junk food is for the rare snacks and treats.

don't ask medical questions on here. go see a doctor. but it's always generally a good idea to keep sugar and carbs out of your diet as much as possible either way.

Not likely, because your A1C is very good. But get blood work done again, or just talk to your doctor.
