Broke a foot on weighing scales are they still accurate?

I kinda gained a lot of weight last few years, decided to hop on the scale and I heard a crunch and they moved. One leg has pushed up into itself, they aren't sitting quite flat and the end weight definitely shocked me, is this still accurate?
