from what I've seen:

eat healthy, cut out the sugar

exercise to increase endorlphins

positive self talk, self time, meditation

There's nothing you can do about the hormonal shift nor the reality of what is happening inside you... a potential life that wants to live... is in the final stages of dying forever such that they never will exist. That is very sad, and there is no way around it.

So maybe exploring how to console a person who is dying will be helpful for yourself and accepting.

That's how I've come to understand this process of life...

Our serotonin levels become really low before our period starts. So, if you focus on doing things that will increase your serotonin levels, it will help.

Exercise is a big one. Eating foods that will boost your serotonin include cheese, eggs, nuts, salmon and pineapple. Meditation is also really good.

Go for a nice run or walk with a friend or your man. Or by yourself. Go treat yourself to a nice meal, your guilty pleasure and just enjoy the day. Do not think of what’s to come. That right there gives unnecessary anxiety and it comes every month. So just take it as an ordinary day. Relax

first of all, if you know it’s because of your period, then “acceptance” is a good start… accept that, that’s just how it is before your period. and then, focus on being kind to yourself. your body is going through it already when it’s around that time of the month and you could be very hormonal so be understanding and kind towards yourself. do small nice things that make you feel good and relaxed.

Eat chocolate or ice cream, take a nice relaxing bath, write a journal pouring your heart out, work out, have sex/masturbate, take some iron supplements, spend some “me time” - these are some of the things that I like to do. Most of all, you gotta remind yourself that it’s just your hormones bringing you down and it will all pass soon 😌✨

I'm the same. I dont think its much to help. I am suicidal the day before my period start. Its pms. Its commen.

The only thing that could help is download an app that reminds you that its your period thats about to come that is messing with you. Cause I will forget each time🤣😩

Eat a banana the potassium will help balance you out , and take some of the edge off of your period.
