Aww sis, I get the exact same type of pains sometimes.
Women's bodies are different so what works for me, might not work for you, but I certainly think it's worth trying just in case it does.
So on my period, I eat no junk food like chocolate, crisps, anything like that- it just makes the pain worse, I avoid meat and if I have meat it's usually a very small amount, I avoid dairy, and bread too. Oh and coffee is a definite NO lmao.
What I do eat is fish, fruit, vegatables, nuts, dried cranberries as well, and I have herbal tea, green tea, and then of course, just regular water lol. Basically on my period I just go vegetarian/boarderline vegan.
A lot of the time, it doesn't make the pain go away, it just eases it a lot to a point where it's still there for like just the first and second day but much more barable.
And I have an exercise bike at home, so sometimes just going 5 minutes on that not at a really fast speed, but at more of a slow and steady speed helps too. Light exercise on your period can help, but it's important not to over do it, I mean I've done that and it's like the cramps came back with a vegance lol.
This stuff may or may not work for you, but hey if you've tried them and they still don't work then at least you'll know while for some women this might work, but for you it doesn't, and with that knowledge you can go look for other solutions :)

Ugh it’s not about being lazy when you’re in pain. I’m doing the world a favor by avoiding it when I’m on the rag.. luckily mine only last for 3..
I’m also allergic to everything I eat when that time of the month comes unless it’s boring, tasteless and bland. No spicey anything, no cheese, no dairy... Even when my stomach tells me I feel better, it’s lying to me.
gatorade and water and ginger tea is pretty much all I consume. Hydration is key! Over hydrate! I heard those rice socks can go up to like 400 degrees..

Some girls like a hotwater bottle close to them, others like period sex to lessen the days, another way is to stand on a vibrating machine and massacre your pants.

All great answers from others.
This is one you probably don't want to hear haha, but it really eases up, to lay off grease and sugar, that sosorsosort of stuff... one exception is dark chocolate helps with periods... I would reccomend an Indian remedy (aryuvedic) on YouTube... see one that best suits the things you have available at home.
I truly believe India is the best with solving natural problems.- s
Period pains are a nightmare for many women. I don't have them every month, but when I do is absolutely HORRIBLE! I feel uncomfortable, nauseated, I can't seat down without feeling that something is wrong and sometimes I throw up.
I would say you should try to do exercise, drink a lot of water and if that doesn't work, take a pain killer. When I exercise more, I tend to not be in pain.
Also massage your belly while you're laying on your back. You can also drink a glass of warm water.
Hope it helps. :) First off, ignore anyone saying this is abnormal, it’s not. It’s just a part of your cycle. Secondly, it is, unfortunately, normal. I myself have a strong period, lasts 7-8 days, and is always really dark and heavy and REALLY painful. Weed helps (if your into it), coffee, cherries, chocolate, black licorice, licorice tea, pineapple, mangos, and apples all help. Hot showers and hot water bottles help. Exercise can be a lain in the ass to attempt to do, but it helps. And, I know it sounds weird, but so does masturbation. I know it sucks, I know dealing with it is agonizing, but hopefully some of these help ease it for you a little ❤️
Mine started and i have sharp pain in the stomach, uterus and back.
I rest all day , you also enjoy this day with comfort. All other days you already are productive as hell so it's okay to relax once in a while.
There is no need to go against biological body. I wish I was a guy :DI had the same issue as you until I discovered Midol. Those pills are a life saver! You can find them at the pharmacy in the Tylenol Advil section and they’re usually under 10 dollars. They ease down the pain and bloating and they last pretty long. The first three period days (especially second) use to be death and people thought that I use to exaggerate my pain. Now I take one dose, sometimes two and I’m good for the rest of the day.
Get a old sock and fill it with rice and tie the m the open end n put in microwave for about 15 sec or as hot as you can tolerate and apply it to the pained area and repeat as needed. Same thing with a damp rag.
It's not lazy if you need to rest because of discomfort, so don't feel guilty about it. And when it's possible try to visit a gynecologist, maybe they can prescript some kind of pills to reduce the pain, and also examine you to check if there's anything wrong with your organs and causing the pain.

Heat pack if you are able to lay down and rest will give a little relief.
Taking a really good magnesium complex can help with the cramping.
Next step would be speaking with your doc. Nothing wrong wanting to be lazy. i would not even begin to tell you how to deal with that pain. I can only wish for that pain to subside quickly for you and hope that you are laying as comfortable as you can be.
I suggest try to adjust your lifestyle a little and see if it makes a difference. Just remember any sort of pain is not normal. Sure you can relax but try to exercise that. That's just for prevention actually but a good treatment would be anything hot like a hot bath or a hot water bottle. Drink ginger tea and eat some chocolate. I also heard fennel seeds are good for it too.
Go on the pill. My girlfriend symptoms got a lot better when she went on the pill. You don't have to be having sex to go on the pill.
I try to be understanding and patient with my during that time of distress as lo as she is very clean about it. Also willing to be of any help to her if needed. Each woman is different in how they react to their periods and unless we have an understanding of her feelings are those times I will give her all the space she needs , cause I grew up with family females only boy and can smell it which makes me sick to my stomach and I would get jsick ust as if I was on it with them
Try to avoid sodas and cold beverages or at least avoid them when it is close to having your period. Also, try to avoid other cooling drinks such as black tea.
Try to drink more lukewarm water. If over the counter painkillers don’t help, you should go see a doctor. I’m sure you can get the help you need.
Heat sometimes works for me, microwave toy or hot water bottle on the point of pain. Then painkillers
Heat up the cramping area, take a pain killer in the morning, have hot drinks, stay away from junk food.
All the best :(Hibiscus tea might help - they sell it at Starbucks but you might be able to get it from other sources too
