Why are people depressed and committing suicide these daya?

Loss of hope. We have had generations told that they are cosmic accidents, born without meaning and destined for oblivion. If one truly believes that, there is a good chance of giving up. Or even if not so indoctrinated, people can get overwhelmed with what they see as a hopeless situation. If anyone gets there, reach out. There is no reason to apply a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

Well I suffer with mental illness and it can be unbearable too stresses of daily life could cause depression and it's more known now because 20 years ago it was sign of weakness and just to man up and miss diagnosed as just sad having depression I can tell it not just sad
