Why do people commit suicide?

They hate their life and don't see a way of it and only darkness at the end of the tunnel. I hate everything about my life, and it feels impossible to change any of the things that are holding me back from what I want. I have no job, no money, no lover, no friends I don't see any way to improve my financial situation in fact right now I'm in fear because it's getting worse, and my financial stability might not be a sure thing soon in any capacity.

I've seen too many things I wish I hadn't I can't unsee and even my brain is a burden with my OCD, ADHD Bipolar and almost certainly PTSD. Meds and therapy help but there are limits at least that's how it feels. At the end of the day the things I want out of life just aren't realistic.

I want a home and a family but I'm an average looking guy with no savings, no education, mental health problems, no job, no friends and really no value as a partner. The only thing I have going for me is I genuinely care and I'm loyal and want real commitment and there are plenty of guys who want the same thing with a lot more to offer than me. A lot more than I'll ever have to offer honestly.

I hate my life, and I see no way out and the way things are going I'm not even sure I'm going to have a country in four years. I just hate it; I hate my life! I'm stable right now in terms of I'm not an immediate threat to myself but my dad will probably be gone in ten years at most and my mom at best probably15-20. Once they're gone, I think that's it.

Once they aren't around anymore, I feel like my responsibilities have been fulfilled. After that I think what I'll do is I spend a little while wrapping up unfinished business and make arrangements for my passing then I'm going to get a shotgun and probably find somewhere quiet and peaceful in the woods to leave on my own terms.

That's my plan currently as it stands. Either that or do it as a big public specifical to make a political statement about mental health, economic or global concerns. I might write a manifesto and use fire to k*** myself when the time comes in public it depends on if I snap or go calmly with an "It's my time" mentality. Honestly though it would probably be just another scream that everyone ignored like many others.

I mean why not? I'm basically already dead. All I do is go to my doctors' appointments spend time with my dad and then spend the rest of my life going through a cycle of coffee, video games, food, chores (Sometimes) video games, food, bed repeat. Sometimes I wish I'd just get hit by a car or something. I can't take it anymore! The loneliness is literally driving me insane.

That's just me though, and yes right now I am stable in the moment, but I think I'm just going to keep going as long as I can and when I'm ready and all my affairs are in order, I'll take my leave. I also thought about it and one of the other things that's come to mind is that if I were to get cancer or something I might just take it as a sign it's my time and not bother fighting it.

They just can't take it anymore. My friend's dad lost everything at the horse tracks and put a gun in his mouth and blew his head off. He's made over 80 records in his career! All he had to do was make another one!!
My brother's friend was just crazy and blew his head off in a car with 3 other people.
Another of his friends broke both of his legs and was laid up for a long time. About a year or two later, he broke both legs again and just couldn't deal with it a second time, went to the garage and hung himself.
After being in jail on two bogus child molestation charges, my brother drove off to a bridge one morning and jumped over the side.

They don't think it will get better. Some people think killing themselves will be better for the other people in their life. They think they are doing them a favor to be dead.

@OneViewpoint lol no ! age doesn't matter as im sayn this bcz , i went through such thoughts nd situatns from my 15 th age .. this yr i will turn 19 nd ys ofcz i hve many personal issues like pressrs from my famly side then other prblms frm frnds side nd even frm relationshp side too which made me feel to end my lyf so.. ofcz im totally capable to answer abve qstn... and also if u look at deep into the society around you or just look into the entire world by watchn newsheadlines or ya frm social medias , u will find there r many kids who commictd suicide bcz of financial issues of their prnts , or harrasmnt , etc etc etc there r many rsnss... well i was tryn to say tht pls dont judge by lookn at age without knwn the rsn why he/she cmmntd... ya u can b more older nd mature thn me also from ur point of view , i can b kid nd didn't xperiencd havn suicidal thoughts till this age.. its ok nd totlly fine but just think then y below 18 kids r commitn suicides? just for fun?
