Dentist wants to remove all my teeth what to do?

So my dentist told me my teeth are all in horrible shape and beyond repair. I'm not having pain at the moment from them but I'm scared with the idea of losing all my teeth.

Any advice you can give on this subject please? Should I just setup the appointment to have them all extracted and be toothless at my young age?

I can't afford implants at all.

I wonder when people will learn that Doctors, Dentists, Opticians and all related are not there to improve your health, they are there to destroy it. This is not to say that they will never do anything to assist you though, they have to keep the pretense up.

What do your teeth look like? There are natural ways you can use to completely arrest all dental disease. Teeth also have the ability to repair to some extent because they have stem cells in the roots. The only issue is those stem cells only build dentine rather than enamel, but that can still make a huge difference.

Would you agree to have both arms removed too? Or what about your toes? Anyone that practices health but tells you to remove all of your teeth do not understand the bodies potential of healing. i bet if that Dentist had the same issues, he wouldn't offer the same advice.

Dentists are scam artists. Look at braces... the need for them is usually due to deficiency in fat soluble vitamins. Nutrition is ignored. The healing modalities of low intensity pulsed ultrasound is ignored and that has the capability to grow complete new teeth is paired with stem cells (I used it without and grew new dentine).

If his assesment is accurate, they will all have to come out. Get another opinion to be sure that is necessary. Implants are expensive, and they are hard to keep healthy because it is harder to floss than with your own teeth. Dentures are easy to remove and clean and keep your mouth free of problems. They are not perfect and will need adjustment or replacement eventually due to changes in your gums.

You need the second opinion! If you find that they need to come out, it needs to happen. And it is true that getting it done in foreign countries is much cheaper. Mexico has some excellent dental treatment by dentists that are extremely competent. It will be up to you to research the pricing and competence. Also, avoid getting into a part of the country that is dangerous to be in.

I'm going to call and setup an appointment with Aspen dental here and see what they have to say. Any advice you can give though if they do say the same thing? Like advice on how I can get over being afraid and let them do the full mouth extraction procedure if they agree I need to lose them

There are different ways of accomplishing that. My daughter went through it and she used a light pain killer and "laughing gas" which actually took away a lot of pain. She really did not have a bad time of it and back then she would usuallyfear any pain.

Hi, I’m in the same boat because I have acid reflux issues. Honestly many people in our generation are just naturally replacing their teeth. I recommend going out of country to replace your teeth because America will have you paying and arm and a leg for something another country offers for less. Research however

Well extractions are literally you losing your teeth. Have they done any root canals?

They have not due to what they are saying is the tooth is past that point.

Hmmm well if you do go through their getting your teeth removed, do not use an American dentist. They will charge you $25,000 or more. Other countries you can get it done for $500-$1000

Get a second opinion. At your age you shouldn't need new teeth. Just pulling them will cost at least $150 per tooth. You are looking at a hefty dental bill so get other opinions. Is this dentist have any reviews?

I've been going to him for years now (started seeing him back in 2010) but stopped around 2016 when I couldn't afford to see a dentist but was finally able to go recently that's when I was told the bad news.

Stii, you would have to be a crack addict to have all your teeth gone by 28 unless you have bad genes, Some people are just born with bad teeth. :(

Don't do it, especially if there is no pain. You should also get at least two or three dentists opinions before doing anything major. Many of them don't know what they are talking about or just want more money and will harm people to get it.

One that my mom went to pulled a good tooth and also put a filling over a cavity and didn't do a root canal before, then later when she returned he changed his paperwork and lied about recommending a root canal. Good dentists would refuse to put a filling over an infected cavity tooth.

There are bad people in all professions. Get another opinion and don't trust strangers.

No. Most dentist are only money driven machines. So go look for another dentists who will help you save you're teeth. My mom has horrible teeth but never needed to remove her teeth. She still lives with it and she's fine.

Go see a guy that specialized in resorative dentistry. Maybe some of your teeth can be saved. You are a young person and need your teeth to be healthy.

My dentist wanted to remove my wisdom teeth and she kept instance they were cracked. Funny thing is I would have to see another dentist who does that. Never got it done but if I had to then would.
