Trending & News I think you get the most bang for your buck with leg/butt/quad exercises because these are your most used muscles and the largest on your body.
Today I had to pull an 8-foot rolling gate closed that literally took me more than five minutes and that I leaned back into a squatting position to do! This was all about lower body strength. Last week I had to help a handicapped woman from a kneeling to a sitting position by having her use my thigh to balance on while she switched positions. I am NOT a nurse or CNA. She is my neighbor and had fallen.
Because I bicycle and lift some weights I have decent lower body strength. This ALSO reminds me I need to lift more.
These muscles are how you sit down and get up from chairs and in and out of cars and lift anything and everything. Super important!
My favorite muscle group to train in general is back.
Since I do my workouts at home though I generally like to do legs at the gym because I don't have the weight or squat rack at home to do the bigger lifting.
I’ve been a back guy since before i even knew about weightlifting. As a kid, i climbed trees. There’s a fair chance i climbed more trees by the age of ten than you’d ridden streets on a bicycle by the same age. I was a climbing machine! Still am. When i discovered weightlifting, i found i really liked pull-ups, chin-ups, rowing and the like. I was good at it and i liked the way i looked with a strong, wide back and consummately stacked bis & tris.
I was all too happy to skip leg day for an extra back day! Ell oh ell!

Chest and arms!!! And yes, I have some nice biceps :)
Ironically, unlike most women, I hate leg day so. freaking. much. My idea of "leg day" is running and calling it a day, haha
And I'd have always thought women love training them as it is their favourite part of their bodies
But hey nice to know👍
Chest, as I like the pump and it's the upper body movement where I can lift the most weight.
The aesthetic of the pump plays a big part in it and I'm yet to wear shorts at the gym, so I can't see the bare legged pump.
It does vary however, as I am pretty vascular when pumped and like the aesthetic of my arms when it happens.
Abs. I've trimmed my quads/legs and my biceps.. well could use a little bit more work but pretty big i would say. :)
Awesome effort
I don't like going to gyms so I never do...
but after 25 years of sports and mostly soccer, it definitely shows on my legs... lol
so, although is not the intention to work them out, I do enjoy sports a lot
Push day is the best day. I like getting a chest pump after a bench PR, there are few things in life that can beat that feeling.
Chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders. Wish I like abs and the rest. But seems like I just get hurt.
Back is pretty fun everything else hurts like a son of a bitch
Most definitely my penis muscles.
Arms 😁
Nice, how big is it
Is it like a basketball?
That's good, really now. Keep up the hard work😉
I love working on my legs.
