My problem now is that whenever i have a very good meal; whether in the morning or afternoon, i get very sleepy, so I'm avoiding the good rich breakfast, but lunch! Once i eat my head starts like hurting i become sleepy... I feel like it's a very bad habit and wanna get rid of it.
Does anyone have any idea if this is related to any some kind of medical/health issue or is it just a habit?
And how do i get rid of it?
