What aids you a good and peaceful sleep?

I think putting my phone away at least an hour before bed and staying away from electronics right before bedtime helps. Reading a book, taking a nice warm shower and turning on some classical music helps prepare one to turn in for the night. Occasionally I take melatonin pills to fall asleep.
